what will you do when you are worried?
worry is negative emotion, may hurt others or make your work low efficiency, how to comfort and relax, everyone has their own way, fowllowing is my way to cure myself,
1: eat some good food, something sweet, high fat and protein, good food serve you more energy, your body and brain will run well.
2: sleep for some time, sleep is a good way to relax, when you fell worried, your brain like a rope which was over stretched, sleep can recover your brain cell, something seems very terrible, but not that bad next morning.
3: do some outdoor sport, your brain pressure is too high, when you run or jump, blood will be delivered to the muscle, the brain pressure will decrease, feel much better after a sweaty exercise.
4:reading or watch movie, concentrate in one thing will forget another thing that make you feel worried.
5: share your worry with your firends or parents, maybe they can help you and give you some good advise.
comfort yourself with some adult attitude, we have only several decades alive in this world, bad or good, die or waiting for die, rich or poor, not big difference, do your best is ok... no worry anymore.
