Business negotiation is taking a more and more important role in enterprise production and operation, so it is fundamentally imporant to make sound and complete preparation to achieve success in a business negotiation.Only if we've made a sound and systematic preparation, can we be fully confident and take it calmly, thus setting a firm foundation for negotiation.This thesis mainly aims to give a brief introduction of former preparation before negotiation, which includes information collection before negotiation,relevant information of our counterpart in negotiation,nationalities of negotiators,planning before negotiation, and also negotiator's mental quality and basic literacy etc, in order to illustrate the importance of making preparation before negotiation. Fear will occur during the negotiation without a sound prepararion.Therefore we must attach great importance to the preparation before negotiation.

Only make full, system of preparation, can be confident, calmly, for negotiation success laid solid foundation. This paper briefly introduces mainly for some of the preparations for the commercial negotiations. Including prophase of information collection, talks to negotiate of relevant information, the negotiator's nationality, negotiation preplanning, and negotiators psychological quality, basic knowledge in business negotiations to illustrate the importance of preparation. If not prepared, fear would be burst out in the negotiations. So we must attach importance to business negotiation's preparations.
