摘要:目的 在新的用药目的与技术条件下,探索药材当归的质量控制或优劣评价。 方法 采用HPLC法同时测定当归中阿魏酸与藁苯内酯的含量,并建立评价当归质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法。 结果 阿魏酸0.112--1.125与峰面积线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99%,藁苯内酯1.368—13.68与峰面积线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率104%;另根据指纹图谱,将当归药材分为两类:合格药材与不合格药材。 结论 HPLC法可用于当归中阿魏酸和藁苯内酯的定量分析,可为当归的质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:
Objective: Exploring the means for quality control and evaluation of the Chinese medical herb Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels under new medication targets and technical conditions
Method: Measuring through texts the concentration of sodium ferulate and angelica sinensis in Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels through the HPLC approach. Meanwhile, a DNA fingerprinting method for evaluating the quality of Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels ws also established. The result shows that sodium ferulate (0.112--1.125)and the peak area have good linear effect (r=0.9999)御山祥, with an average recovery rate of 99%; angelica sinensis (1.368—唯渗13.68)and the peak area have good linear effect (镇搏r=0.9999), with an average recovery rate of 104%. Additionally, based on DNA fingerprinting, the Chinese medical herb Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels is divided into two categories—the acceptable and not acceptable.
Conclusion: The HPLC method may be applied to the quantitative analysis of sodium ferulate and angelica sinensis in Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels. It can provide data for the quality control of Angelica sinenedis (Oliv) Diels.
