Hello,everyone,It's my honor to give this speech about healthy food.
The biggest wealth in life is health, without health, everything is nothing . Health is a state of complete physical , mental and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease.
 : Delicious food. Delicious food. If you eat my food, you will never forget its tasty. Come on , come on.
 A: How delicious! Let’s have a good meal , shall we?
 So it is . But I think we should start eating right! Fried food is delicious ,but it is unhealthy for us . We must keep in a good health.  You’re right ! But what should we do?
 We should get some whole wheat bread , skimmed milk ,fresh food.  Oh, I see. I think we should also have a balanced diet, good sleep and do more exercise.
 Together : As we all know that poor health would deprive everything in our life, but good health enables us to enjoy our lives ,achieve our goals and realize our dreams .So health is much more important and valuable than anything else such as wealth or even wisdom.
