1、as much as修饰不可数名词 ，as many as 修饰可数名词。如：

I  would   like  to  watch  football  games  as  much as   I can. 我尽可能地看很多的足球赛。

I  would   like  to  watch  as many football  games  as I can. 我尽可能地看很多的足球赛。

2、as much as 表示程度，as many as表示“数目”上的比较（多达...）。如：

He doesn't think of you as much as he ought to. 他没有像本应该的那样对你好。
