Defective Symptom :1：道光柱孔内异物。2：蓝色保护膜残留（不良图面下页所示）
Root Cause :
1.道光柱注塑结合线，气泡等不良，组装划伤，赃物等不良。
2.组装双面胶时在接掉蓝色离行纸时有发生断裂残留或忘记接掉保护膜，造成蓝色保护膜残留双面胶上。
Action :
1.全检库存品
2.通知注塑全检灯管；组装灯管时要严格做到自检；终检要用黑白背光板检查灯管。
3.增强自检，顺检，贴好双面胶后要自检离行纸是否揭掉；流到下一工位再贴防尘网之前要仔细检查双面胶上是否有异物残留；装好防尘网后要看防尘网下面是否有异物存在。
4.加大终检及QC培训力度。
5.更新WI过程进行自检

Defective Symptom:1,There are eyewinkers in the hole of boss.2,The blue film remains.(They are shown below.)
Root Cause:
1,the defect of injection line of boss,bubble or others. The Scratch of assembly and the defect of remains.
2,When the twin adhesive was assembled, the blue film was broken when cutting or foget to cut the film, so the blue film remains in the twin adhesive.
Action:
1,Look over all of the stocks.
2,Inform the injection department to check the fluorescent tube（灯管）；And inform them to self-check when assemble the tube; the final trial must check the tube with the black and white board(黑白背光板）.
3,Improve the self-check and the sequence check, and to check whether the film(离型纸) is cut when the twin adhesive was assembled; It needs to check carefully whether there is some remains in the twin adhesive before the part go to the next step for the dustproof net assembling; It also need to check whether there are some eyewinkers under the dustproof net when it is assembled.
4,To strenth the final trial and improve the training of the QC.
5,To update the WI and do the self-check in the same time.
