We hereby sincerely appologize for the extension of production cycle of moulds, which are being adjusted at present due to some problems occured , hence the samples have to be delivered to you until the end of November.We wonder if they could match your time? We feel very regret for the inconvenience we brought you herein.

I am so sorry, we have a problem with mold, also currently commissioning, production cycle need to be extended, likely will take until theend of November to send samples to you. Don't know if I can fit your time? We really are very sorry about this!!
