昨天晚上我回去想了一下, 我理解公司HOME DEPARTMENT目前面临着很多问题, 我也很愿意与公司一起面对这些问题, 而且实际上我也时时处处为公司着想, 出差的时候会选择最便宜的航班, 去工厂验货我会悄悄拿到工厂的联系方式然后跳过贸易公司, 下次定单直接跟工厂做, 单价上给公司省了3美金.
但是我不得不同时也考虑我自己的问题, 我工作九年了, 没有四金, 工资在一个很底的水平. 我一个人HANDLE着所有HOUSEWARE的定单, 而且你知道HOUSEWARE覆盖的产品范围很广, 我需要同时FOLLOW 30甚至40家不同的供应商. 而且几乎我们现在所做的每个客人都有定单包括FG4, 定单金额虽然不大， 但这恰恰是最有难度的地方, 我需要不停的求着工厂去接受我们的定单. 所以还是希望公司能帮忙解决我的困难. 如果公司实在不能解决, 我只能选择离开. 谢谢!

不用翻译，还是选择离开吧，这样的公司呆下去会很伤心的，就像我以前捡到过沃尔玛的机密资料一样的，里面有个人力资源部经理的工资单，都是中英双语的，还有总经理亲笔签字，而里面的工资收入低的吓人。
这些公司都是破公司，都指望别人来赚钱的，都不重视员工，所以你在熬上19年，希望还是不很大，只能浪费你的时间。你工作的能力已经很厉害了，你会找到好公司的。如果你要是走了，就一并把客户都带走，不给你这个公司留下，看看他们到底有多大能耐。

你写这个英文信不会是给总公司的老板吧，不要抱有希望了。要是有希望的话，关心你的上司，你经理早就推荐你了，要么你上司也是抓住了你的弱点。

I think about it last night when I was back home. I totally understand our company Home Department has faced lots of problems at present.
