1、这还不好理解，is後面必须跟名词或名词性短语……嗯……这好像是日语语法用词……或现在分词引导的从句，is不能修饰动词原形对吧。虽然我也见过这种句式用原形的，不过那好像不太正式。
2、……不可以，to do 和 doing虽然在语法上等价，但 to do有“将要做”的意思。此外就是固定搭配，此外一概用doing。
3、新的研究显示出其学术成绩何处堪忧。情况不太乐观。
