【摘要】:本实验的目的是:检测我校(新长校区)自来水是否被微生物污染,对其中的微生物选择适当的培养条件和测定方法,并做平行实验取平均值,以确定自来水被污染的程度。方法:通过对盐城师范学院(新长校区)范围内的自来水采样,样品以采样地点、采样方法、样品采样前被处理方法区分;依据GB 4789.2—2010、GB 4789.3—2010方法检验,按照GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》作为检验结果的判定依据。菌落总数和大肠菌群其中一项不合格即认为不合格。另:为丰富检测内容和增加本实验实际意义,检测了自来水水样的霉菌、酵母的感染程度、PH、臭和味、余氯浓度等。结果:共检测水样30瓶,合格率90%。检测结果表明,不常清理水龙头,取水时微生物最多;烧开的自来水微生物几乎没有;水龙头消毒后正确采水时,有微量微生物。结论:自来水需要烧开再饮用最好,水龙头要常常清理,可防止微生物滋生和金属生锈。

【Abstrac】t: The purpose of this study are: detecting my school (new Long Campus) whether the microbial contamination of water, on which the micro-organisms to select the appropriate culture conditions and determination, and a parallel experiment averaged to determine the water contamination level. Method: Yancheng Teachers College (New Long Campus) tap water samples within the sample to the sampling location, sampling method, sample treatment before sampling was distinguished; according to GB 4789.2-2010, GB 4789.3-2010 method of testing, according to GB 5749 -2006 "drinking water health standards" as the criterion of the test results. Colony count and coliform bacteria that is considered one of unqualified failure. Another: To enrich the content and increase the detection of the actual significance of this experiment, testing the tap water samples of mold, yeast infection levels, PH, smell and taste, residual chlorine concentration. Results: 30 bottles of water were detected, with a pass rate of 90%. Test results show that rarely clean tap water when most microorganisms; little boiling water microorganisms; tap water after disinfection taken correctly, with a little micro-organisms. Conclusion: The need to boil water to drink the best, always clean up the tap to prevent microbial growth and metal rust.
