the corportation warrants equipment of its manufacture to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment from the factory,

Or from date of assignment to storage at purchaser’s request,when give normal and proper usage and while owned by the original purchaser.
The purchaser should notify the corporation immediately of any defective parts,and the corporation should thereupon correct the defects:
if such correction requires the replacement of the defective parts,the corporation will correct same FOB the destination.

公司保证所生产的设备自出厂日或应购买者要求指定仓租之日（正常和恰当使用却仍属于原购买者所有）起一年内无不合格材料与工艺之忧。
如有任何不合格零件，购买者应当马上告知公司，公司应随即更正之：如类似更正需要替换不合格零件，公司将会更正同样的交货港。
