1.高层管理人员要保持镇定,
这时候,几乎所有员工的目光都会不自觉地集中到组织中主要领导身上,如果让员工察觉到连管理层都失去信心,企业再采取任何措施都很难让员工保持稳定的心态.
2.高层管理人员要表示关注和关心

3.留心细微之处,注意员工的要求
