【摘要】目的:了解汕头市潮南区饮水型氟中毒改水降氟的效果,为氟病区今后合理规划和改进防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,测定氟病区村居民饮用水水氟含量及2812名8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况和500名儿童尿氟含量。结果:汕头市潮南区饮水型氟病区改水后,不同改水年限病区村居民饮用水氟含量比改水前都有显著的下降,均低于国家规定的饮用水卫生标准1.0mg/L。改水后,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率已由改水前的62.70%降至15.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4376,P<0.01)。不同改水年限8~12岁儿童尿氟含量在0.360±0.367~0.784±0.658mg/L之间。儿童氟斑牙患病率和儿童尿氟含量均随改水年限的延长呈下降趋势。随改水年限的增加而降低。结论:该氟病区改水成效显著,病情基本得到控制,以改水降氟和健康教育为主的综合防治措施,是防治饮水型地氟病切实可行的措施。

Conclusion: this fluorine ward outstanding achievement, improvement of water condition has been basically control to change water decreasing fluorine and health education mainly of comprehensive prevention and control measures, and are drinking endemic fluorosis caused feasible measures.
