In my opinion, we shoudn't give beggars money because if we do, it would be like we are encouraging this kind of behavior, and manybe more people who can't find jobs would choose to become beggars too. That would be a huge step down for the economic development of China.
Also, I believe that no matter what our place in society is, we shouldn't take anything for granted. Beggars achieve money by doing nothing, which isn't really fair to everyone else who has to work for money.
To sum up, in order to help our country develop at a rapid rate and discourage such phenomenons like beggary, it's best if we don't give beggars money.
