In the 21th century, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, tanlents with professional knowledge have become the contention focus of enterprises. Human resources has already been regarded as the driving force of the sustainable development of enterprises and the magic weapon of competitive sucucess. As the man enter the era of knowledge economy, employees who master the most valuable konwledge resources have increasingly become the valuable resouces for the emterprises to enhance competitiveness. In order to become the knowledge-based enterprises, employees with much knowledge are needed. Talents are the intellectual capital of modern enterprises and the source of innovation of enterprises. In order to develop and invoavate, the enterprses have to depend on talents. And managing intellectual capital well has become the key factor of competitiveness of enterprises. As the mobility of employees gets more and more frequent, talents' loyalty to the enterprises is the foundation for the enterprises to survive and thrive. The loyal degree of employees to the enterprises is also a important indicator to reflect a company' s mananging level of human resources. And raising the loyalty of talents has also incresingly become a overal and strategic task for an enterprise to become excelent and successful. Though talents are the necessary production factor of the devleopment of enterprises, the mobile rate of talents are much higher than the average employees. So how to reduce the loss that talents outflow brings to the enterprises and how to raise the loyalty of talents have become an important problem that many enterprise are facing with. This passage takes the occurring problems when enterprises deal with the loylaty management of talents as the entry point.
