电话用语不用I you而用this that；
shpt=shipment 不是快递公司的快件而是运输上的装载的货物；
另外很多地方的交际习惯用语都有差异。帮你重新改过：
你好【hello】
你好，您是mr richard 吗 【Hello. Is that Mr. Richard?】
是的，我是， 你是谁？【Exactly. And who's that?】
我是快递公司的，这里有一个您的快件是从德国邮寄过来的，但是我们没有你的详细地址，请提供一个好给您派送货物
【This is express company. Your express mail from Germany is kept here due to the lack of your detailed address. Would you please offer one to get the delivery?】
你们哪里不是有派送地址吗?
