对规模为500m3/d的某牛屠宰厂废水进行工艺设计。根据污水原始资料及《室外排水设计规范》 (GB50014-2006),最终确定采用“水解酸化+生物接触氧化”组合工艺方案。
废水经管网收集后自流经过人工格栅,去除废水中细小的碎肉,及内脏杂碎物,经人工格栅后进入隔油调节池进行预处理,隔除的浮油、牛毛及杂碎物等通过机械抓斗捞出,隔油调节池也起调节水量、均化水质,再由污水提升泵送至转鼓细格栅,经转鼓细格栅去除部分固体悬浮物质,污水自流至气浮池,在泵前投加混凝剂(PAC)进行反应,从而保证气浮设备能有效地去除污水中的油、浮渣、色度和部分有机物(CODcr、BOD5),气浮出水后自流流入水解酸化池,厌氧处理后继而进入生物接触氧化池进行反应,在此绝大部分有机污染物通过生物氧化、吸附得以降解,经生化池处理后进入至二沉池进行固液分离后,沉淀池上清液溢流至消毒池+中间水池进行二氧化氯消毒,经消毒后出水由过滤提升泵提升进入陶粒过滤器和纤维球过滤器,出水达标排放。
二沉池中的污泥利用气提排泥,部分污泥回流至水解酸化池,另一部分剩余污泥送至污泥池,进一步处理。
