Abstract
Frame of reference is the basis of motion study. Newton's laws of motion are established in the inertial frame of reference. Whatever frame in which Newton's laws of motion can be established falls in to the category of inertial frame. Compared with inertial frame as the frame of acceleration, there is non-inertial frame. Thanks to the introduction of inertial force, Newton's laws of motion have been adopted in the non-inertial frame, which greatly facilitates the solution to many issues of dynamics. Through the discussion of inertial frame and non-inertial frame, and the study of translational motion frame and rotating reference frame, this paper expounds the reasons why Newton's laws of motion is not applicable to non-inertial frame, and laws of motion in non-inertial frame. Besides, this thesis illustrates with examples the point that the same motion can have different accelerated velocity in different frames of reference.
