摘要：
总有机碳（TOC）是以碳的含量表示水体中有机物质总量的综合指标，反映了水体中有机物的污染程度。（1）本文使用岛津TOC—V wp总有机碳分析仪，采用紫外线加过硫酸氧化法测定TOC，使用差减法计算结果，即统称的NDIR湿法氧化法测定TOC。该仪器检测限低（0.005mg/L）、测定精密度高、稳定性好，应用于源水、生活水中总有机碳的测定，得到较好的结果。
