英语外贸函电：顾客的来信我没有收到，回复的开头要怎么解释（好答案追加悬赏）

顾客的来信我没有收到，后来他又写了一封信问我有没有收到上一封信我才知道，现在我要回复，开头怎么写比较好呢？

Your letter dated ..... has bee received with thanks. But it's a pity that I failed to received the letter your sent me on ...... I wonder if you can send me a copy of that letter again.
