I was told by some VIP in the University that the room used for CET this time( 18 June 2011) will not be enough if all those who wish to take the exam flood in. In such consideration of space, with possibly further care about not wasting the limited number of seats, the school thus decided to have all the English teachers help making a qualification judgment to about 40% of prospect candidates in CET-4, which has never been practised in the history of the University since its establishment, nor has it been approved by any regulation about the Exam.
The above is a very possibly true explanation to the present confusion caused by last week's Qualify job. For any more official information, please refer to your Tutor or your school staff who handles CET application.
