下次如果你们除了当天验的货之外,放在我们仓库的存货要出的话,能不能提前通知我们??

由于我们出货,都要提前1天做出报关资料,.
因为我们如果第二天要出货,你们当天晚上下班时候才给我们具体仓库里面的数量,
这样我们无法当天安排到合适的车,以及提前交给报关出货的具体数量,
如果没办法提前给我们SI,可以做一个EXCEL表格给我们.

Could you please give us a more prior notice if you want to deliever the cargos laid in our storehouse?
We ask for this because we need to prepare some necessary documents one day in advance if anyone delievers cargos from our storehouse. Also, if you inform us at the end of working hour and the day before cargos delivery, we won't have enough time to arrange trucks for you.
So if you can't give us a SI, would you please at least give us an excel form about the cargo you want to deliever ?
