首先要说的是，为什么我会选择物美集团作为我的实习单位。物美集团是中国最大的零售业，具有一定的企业实力。其次，物美的企业文化对我的感染非常大。最后一点，物美的管理体制和培训机制做的很好。做到专人专事，有针对性的对人才进行培养，在最近的几年中，物美集团招聘了数期大学生作为管理培训生进行针对性的培养。所以我的目的更加明确，就是提高自己。

我实习的日期是1月4号到4月1号，每天我都乘坐地铁来到北京大学站，由于上班时间很早，所以我每天起床都很早，天还没有亮就要出门。

综上所述，我认为我可以胜任一名普通员工的岗位。但我有跟高的目标需要自己不断的去努力。并且，我也正朝着这个目标在一步步的在做。
但同时，我也感到了自身不足。在下一阶段中，我打算主要学习便利店的具体运作过程。比如：如何有针对性的满足顾客的需求、如何处理运营过程中出现的问题、如何利用商品本身价值对顾客进行吸引、更好的提升销售的技巧等。
知识是永远都没有止境的，学习是永远都不能停止的。做人要力求上进，不能满足于现状。要想的是如何才能更好，不能因为一点点的成绩便停滞不前。
