Generally speaking,in our country,comparing with the common senior middle education and higher education,the Secondary(medium) vocational education is still exist a biggish gap,and the quality of education is lower comparatively.This has definite relation to the school running conditions and the teacher resources,but the quality of the secondary students can’t be neglected either.A fairly part of the secondary students are unsuccessful learners,and among this,it’s not just for the level of cognition.Further more,that is due to the emotional issues which are caused by their failing learning experiences before,and the subject of English is often one of their most fearful subjects.Their self-confidences are insufficient definitely on English learning,then it causes nervous、fear、even rebel at (hate) English learning.Holding a suspicious and negative emotional attitude to English learning block their initiative to learn English tremendously.Some of the secondary students even give up English learning straightforwardly,and this makes many English teachers of the vocational schools lose their bearings and feel no way out deeply.Under this condition,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of English learning for students effectively,how to endeavor to improve the effect of English learning,the emotional element should be valued.
