In fact, "poor students" is just a phenomenon, not the essence. How to solve the problem of the recognition and education of the "poor students" is directly related to the effective implementation of quality education and universal education in our country. In fact, the "poor students" is just a phenomenon, not substance. If you can find their hobbies and advantages, give them praises in time ,and guide them to see their own value in order to let them find self-confidence, then the phenomenon will disappear.
