1.黑哨字面翻译:black whistle
也可翻译为controversial referee
因为黑哨就是有“争议的裁判”

Ecuador's Controversial Referee Moreno Quits
QUITO (Reuters) - Ecuador's controversial referee Byron Moreno is quitting after two domestic suspensions and a probe of his performance in last year's World Cup.
"I'm not leaving happily, I'm leaving hurt. But I have to turn the page," Moreno said in an interview published on local radio CRE's Web Site Friday.
"I'll be involved in refereeing, from the outside I think I will help refereeing," he said.
The Ecuadorean Football Federation (FEF) confirmed Moreno had sent in a letter of resignation and that the referees' committee would review it at Tuesday's weekly meeting.
"A letter has arrived in which Mr. Moreno presents his irrevocable resignation of his role in Ecuadorean soccer, as a professional soccer referee," Carlos Villacis, FEF's acting president, told Reuters.
Moreno became the center of controversy after his performance in Italy's World Cup match against South Korea when he sent off striker Francesco Totti and disallowed an Italian goal before the Asian hosts won 2-1.
Italians were outraged but FIFA earlier this year decided not to impose sanctions against Moreno.
Following his return to Ecuador's soccer league after the World Cup, Moreno was suspended for 20 matches for adding on 12 minutes of injury time in a game between Liga de Quito and Guayaquil-based Barcelona last September.
Liga de Quito took advantage to score in the 99th and 101st minutes to win 4-3. Moreno, who at the time was a candidate in elections for Quito's city council, was accused by Barcelona of mixing sport and politics.
Last month, Moreno was suspended for one game due to "low marks" for his performance in another domestic match.
