Abstract: In primary education, the traditional art of teaching techniques to teach skills-based, is to strengthen the professional technique to go the way of education; but the ultimate goal of art education in primary schools to see, it is to improve the student's personality, to cultivate the children overall quality. Education through art is not only to let pupils learn simple techniques, but also to enhance the cultural enrichment for them to lay a solid foundation and aesthetic perception. Aesthetic as a human spiritual needs, are penetrating all areas of our lives. The aesthetic capacity of people have is a gradual process that needs to be focused on the children and training period, the primary art education must learn skills and techniques from the level of aesthetic perception raised to the level of training so as to enhance the taste and students literacy, so that they initially have a comprehensive fine arts ability. In the full implementation of the current situation of quality education to improve their aesthetic quality to start with children, early art education in primary schools work hard to make their country a more robust future growth of the flowers, the future construction of the motherland a better tomorrow.
