摘 要:基于2009年和2010年同时期中巴地球资源卫星遥感图像,利用遥感图像处理手段,从图像中提取油菜光谱特征、图像形状和空间特征,并利用获得的特征值,对西南重旱区罗平县油菜种植区进行提取,通过监督分类与植被指数差值运算分类精度的比较,选择分类精度较高的植被差值运算后的图像来计算油菜在2009年和2010年的种植面积,通过两年油菜面积的变化,初步得出罗平县油菜减产情况,并对罗平县旱情作出初步评估,以供相关部门参考。
