On Health
There are so many people around us worried about their health all the day.They want to lose the weight and be thiner or they want to be more energetic,not to be easily exaustic.Then I realise how a health body can benefit us from our daily lives.We will be more confident,more energetic and have more friends.
Firstly,we will be more confident when we have a better look with a healthy and balanced shape of body.Additionally,to succesfully balance our body shape,lots of exercises are needed which leads to a sense of self-fulfillment.Thus,we will have more confidence as we succeed to achive the goal of health.
Secondly,we can keep being active and motivated for longer time a day if we are healthier than before.As we can see from people around,those who always stay up late or get really serious sick are easy to get tired and lose interest in their daily activities.In contrary,people who do exercises regularly look more fresh and spirited.
At last,we will have more friends when we get better both phisically and mentally.When we become more confident,energetic and even cheerful,it's easy to attract more friends around.
In sum,health can do us lots of benefits.It brings us self-confidence,activeness and friends.Thus,we should pay more attention to our health because a healthy body can bring us plenty of changes in life.
