【摘要】在科学技术快速发展和社会不断变革的趋势下，网络问政已经成为一些地方政府的执政模式之一，是民主政治发展的一个重要课题，同时网络问政的兴起给我们带来了新的问题和新的任务。本文通过对由南方报业传媒集团与中国电信在2006年联合出品的奥一网网络问政平添的内容进行统计和分析，并进一步讨论政府部门面对网络问政的姿态，认为在网络问政互动的过程中，政府与网民的信息互动存在官民对话缺失、沟通渠道不畅通，主观认知障碍、政府执政能力建设的薄弱等问题。本文针对这些存在的问题，提出以下解决问题的建议：1、各级政府要完善立法、加强教育、严格管理，促进网络问政不断制度化2、开辟和优化问政渠道，保证官民对话畅通； 3、提高政府网络民意的回应能力和网络舆情引导的能力；4、健全和疏通网上和网下两个问政渠道，更好的促进网络执政与现实民主的对接。
