The limit in the equality translation between the original language and the target language almost is brought by cultural differences. And it’s always difficult to deliver the cultural meaning in the translation. Through the comparison and analysis on the Eastern and the Western cultural differences and based on the translation practice , this paper lists series of cultural differences that affect the translation in order to illustrate that cultural differences have great influences on translation. The aim of this paper is to make people face the cultural differences properly. It also points out that we should pay attention on the cross-culture developing ability and enhance the

Moreover, the diificulty in translation always lies in how to fully present the meaning. From the practices of translation, this article lists a series of culture factors influencing transltion through the comparion and analysis of differences betwwen western and eastern cultures, to declare the great role which cultural differences play in translation. Furthermore, this paper also wants to make people face the cultural differences correctly, points that people should pay high attention to the cultivation of cross-culture communication and increase the sensity and veracity in using language, overcoming the cultural barriers in translation.
