建筑施工企业内部控制是现代企业管理的重要管理方式，也是提高企业管理水平，提升企业竞争力的重要手段。内部控制的不断完善能增强企业契约的完备性，使企业内部的激励约束机制更有成效。
本文通过分析施工企业内部控制的现状，从内部控制制度的建立、健全和执行的有效性，提出施工企业应建立健全制度，明确分包工程结算、机械及物资采购等工作程序；加强部门之间的内部牵制，明确岗位职责，充分发挥内部审计职能，达到加强管理有效控制成本，提高经济效益之目的。
