摘要：本研究采用了埃森克人格问卷（EPQ）以及心理卫生自评量表（SCL-90），对云南省第二监狱70名男性监狱警察进行调查并与国内常模比较以探讨男性监狱警察的人格特征及人格与心理健康的关系。研究结果发现埃森克人格问卷E量表得分偏高，P、N、L量表得分比较平衡。症状自评量表评分显示监狱警察在整个测验上的阳性项目数以及各因子分均高于国内常模，并达到了极其显著的差异〔p〈0.001〉〕。监狱警察的精神质和神经质特性与症状自评量表各因子呈显著的正相关，内外向倾向和效度量表与症状自评量表各因子均呈负相关。结论：监狱警察的个性特征倾向于外向，心理健康状况普遍较差，且与神经质和精神质特征有关。
