ARBITRATION:
All disputes or differences whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning and operation or effect of this contract or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) with a tribunal consisting of a sole arbitrator to be agreed by both parties. The venue of the Arbitration shall be London and conducted in English language. The contract shall be governed and construed by English Laws. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both the parties and may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction over the party against which enforcement is sought. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the unsuccessful party.
