First of all thank the leadership of the trust given to me, and came to the company the opportunity to work in the company nearly 4 months time, I got a lot of practical work experience.

Fristly I'd like to greatly appreciate my boss can offer me the working opportunity and putting so much trust on me. During the four months work in the company, my acutal working ability increased a lot.

During the period, base on my basic understanding of the company's products and industry situations, i realize my working ability on marketing is limited and my persoanl value is hard to fullfilled. Base on my persoanl interest as well as my future career developing plan, i decided that i would more suitable for administration work.
