一、自制枇杷膏怎么做
材料:枇杷3斤(去皮去籽以后果肉是700克)、冰糖280克、川贝粉3克
做法:1、枇杷去皮去籽,取出果肉,冲洗干净沥干水
2、把果肉放入料理机,打成果浆(不要加水)
3、将果浆倒入搪瓷锅,中火加热冒泡后,加入冰糖,改小火慢慢熬,需用木勺不停地搅拌
4、会有少许泡沫,用勺子舀掉
5、水份快要熬干的时候,加入川贝粉继续熬一会儿,完全成为膏状即可。
6、放凉后装入开水烫过的密封玻璃瓶,放入冰箱,需要吃的时候舀一勺直接食用。
二、枇杷膏的熬制方法步骤
1,给枇杷去皮,剥核,洗枇杷嫩叶,枇杷花蕾
2,把枇杷叶和花放到锅里熬出汁来
3,把剥好的枇杷肉放进用枇杷花蕾和叶子熬出的大锅汁里熬烂
4,把锅里的熬烂的枇杷肉捞出放到过滤布里把肉过滤出来,浆留下5,把枇杷浆重新放入大锅里熬,加入白糖和川贝
5,熬的过程要掌握火候和配量,等到稠感出来时冷却后捞出放进洗好的瓶子里
6,把装好枇杷浆的瓶子高温杀菌后加盖成成品。
三、枇杷膏的熬制方法小贴士
1.建议用小玻璃瓶来装最好,取用时方便,(大瓶子容易跑入太多空气,容易变质)
2.做枇杷膏的枇杷选择一般的就可以了,其实不论贵或便宜,枇杷的营养成分是一样的。
3.可以用榨汁机榨枇杷汁来熬膏,做法一样,枇杷渣用来熬枇杷酱也不错、抹面包,馒头都可以,还可以兑水当饮。
4.成熟的枇杷味道甜美,营养颇丰,有各种果糖、葡萄糖、钾、磷、铁、钙以及维生素A、B、C等。
2、期间加入冰糖或黄糖。
3、因为全程是用枇杷自己的汁水在熬制,容易糊锅。所以全程需要有人看着并搅拌。
