摘要：锶是碱土金属中丰度最小的元素，为银白色软金属。随着工业发展，锶具有越来越重要的地位。其金属及合金被广泛应用于电子、冶金、化工等工业领域。作为反应堆裂变产物之一，放射性锶具有较长的半衰期及毒性，因此寻找一种安全有效，并且经济的方法来净化含有锶的废水。酵母菌具有吸附富集重金属离子的能力。酵母菌吸附的位点在细胞壁，细胞壁表面的-NH2与酰胺基团中的氮原子配位络合，再以被络合的锶为核位点吸附更多的锶离子。吐温-20(TWEEN-20)作为一种非离子表面活性剂，对酵母菌对于锶的吸附会产生影响。加入不同浓度表面活性剂吐温-20于同浓度锶溶液中培养，离心。取上清液稀释，进行AAS测定。事实证明，吐温-20确实对酵母菌吸附锶确实具有着正面的影响。随着吐温-20浓度的增加，酵母菌吸附锶的量也随之增加。
