跪求自我介绍英文版， 大概内容如下， 请各位英文高手帮帮忙， 尽量简单&口语化，非常感谢。。。

那就先由我来做个自我介绍吧， 我叫Carol, 今年1月初到这个单位上班，到现在已经快5个月了， 虽然大学时期就已经自己一个人在外地生活有好几年了， 但是由于自己比较内向，胆小紧张的性格，加上现在的工作于之前的完全不一样， 我想我还需要一点时间去适应，（现在在做自我介绍， 我已经觉得很紧张），我会努力让自己更快的适应，在这里学到更多不一样的东西

Let me introduce myself frist.I'm Carol,I worked here in early January this year and from then on it has already nearly five months.Though I have lived outside independently for several years during university, I am not outgoing at all and have scary and nevous character,What's more,the job now is different from the former one,So it will take some times for me to adapt this(now I am already nevous when I'm talking)I will try my best to adapt it more quickly and will learn more different things.
