A shall promote the sale of the Contract Products within the Contract Territory. A shall inform B about its own activities and market developments. A shall independently and quickly handle and follow up sample requests. At the end of each month B shall be provided by A with a report of all circumstances of the market, giving information about the situation of the market, the competitors’ activities, the acceptance of the Contract Products in the market, sales results per Contract Product and per customer etc. B shall be entitled to demand further information on the distribution of the Contract Products from A.
