计算机技术的飞速发展为我们的生活带来了便利，各行各业均受到了它的影响，债券交易更是如此。
在债券交易的过程中会涉及到大量的意义不同的数据，对这些数据单纯的通过人工来进行确认和管理，其成本是十分巨大的并且产生错误的几率也是十分大的。因此对债券交易中涉及的一些数据通过计算机技术来进行系统化的确认和管理，构造一个交易导航系统就显得十分必要了。
本系统是面向IBM大型机的开发，前台界面部分应用JSP技术进行开发；后台的数据处理部分应用COBOL语言通过大型机服务器程序开发工具HLL/WB和TSO(Time Sharing Options)分时选项环境进行开发和测试。
本项目是一个大型的软件开发项目，在软件工程思想的指导下应用CMM的管理方式对项目的开发过程进行管理。
在项目开发过程中，本人参与了全部的项目会议，承担了部分内部设计书的开发以及部分编码和测试工作。
本论文是在实践和参考大量文献的基础上完成的。描写了项目的具体实施过程并说明了软件工程在实践中的应用以及其应用的必要性。
