I have been writing this report occasionally for the last two weeks,but it has to be hand it tomorrow.这句是什么意思，write this report 发生在什么时间，it has to be hand it 是的it是什么意思？

write this report 处于现在完成时，因为前面用了“hanve been”，表示从过去一直到说话的这个时候一直在发生。后面的has to 只是不得不的意思。你后面的to be hand it是不是错了呢？作业的被动态，应该是it has to be handed tomorrow,或者I have to hand it tomorrow.(这个it 表示作业)
