要翻译的句子是：小明刚在美国读完大一，总平均成绩80分以上，今年9月开校后应该读大二了。小明最近正在考虑转学，可又不知道自己的成绩能否让他转到理想的学校？所以他想打电话去问一下那个学校的录取要求，并且想知道以自己的情况是否有机会申请拿到对方学校的录取通知书？
