（1） SUPPLIER will promptly repair, replace and accept the return of such defective and/or nonconforming PRODUCTS within a turnaround time as specified by DELTA, or at DELTA’s discretion, credit DELTA for any such returned, non-conforming PRODUCTS.

（2）This notification shall include clarification of technical alternatives to such components as well as PRODUCT availability. SUPPLIER also agrees to supply DELTA the original components continuously before getting approval of such change.
