1.淋巴按摩
做法:由手心到手臂涂抹一些纤体霜,然后握住手臂,再使用大拇指进行按压,注意是由手臂向腋下进行按压。
2.后举水杯
做法:坐在椅子上,并拢双腿,左手握住一个水瓶向上举起,然后弯曲右手手肘扶住左手肘的位置,接着吸气,吐气的时候,弯曲左手手肘向后放下水瓶,再举起,如此左右手分别重复15-20次。
3.内外画圆
做法:先将椅子从对着办公桌的方向转过来一点,给前方留出一臂长的空间,注意向前伸直双手,双手画圆,向外画圆20次,然后再向内画圆20次,同时要注意画圆不用画得太大,使用的是手臂的力量,而不是手掌的。
