18世纪10年代 = 18th Century 10s / Year 1710 （开始）

2005年= Year Two thousand (and) five / Year two-oh-oh-five

205年 = Year Two-O-five / Year Two hundred (and) five

250年 = Year Two Fifty / Year Two-five- zero / Year Two hundred (and) thirty-five
