Besides, you cought a could a couple of days ago. I 'm sorry to hear that. How are you feeling now? Here are some advice for you. If your feel even worse, you'd better go to see a doctor immediately. The weather is getting colder and colder, you should wear more clothes to keep worm. Drink more boilled water, it's good for you. Before you go to beed, you'd better wash your feet with hot water, it'll help you sleep well. I always do that. don't drink tea or coffee while your head still hurts. Listening to light music often will be helpful, I think.
