2）如果是在海运上有延误的话，走这批货的船公司是对方选择的，报关也是对方操作的。

1) The opposite party has agreed the delayed delivery date for this shipment and issued the letter of guarantee so that we can ship out our goods on the basis of this condition.
2)If there is something delayed in the seaway shipment, the vessel party for delivering this shipment is choosed by opposite party and customs clearance is also operated by opposite party.
3)We have affored the tax for two previous shipments and the tax for the third shipment will be at opposite party.

The delayed delivery of this set of goods was agreed and guarateed by the other party ,In considerison od this fact, we send the goods.
If delayed at sea, iti si other party's choice that who selectd the cargo and declared the custom.
We have burdened the custom duty of the first two sets of goods,and it is the other party's duty to pay for the third set of goods.
