jquery怎么读取文本域字符长度?

val().length这样获取的字符长度 不是实际的啊，比如中文字符它不能识别为2个字节。

String.prototype.len = function() // 给string增加个len ()方法，计算string的字节数
{
return this.replace(/[^\x00-\xff]/g, "xx").length;
}
然后val().len()就行了
