协议中的一句英文，实在看不懂了，跪求解释！

Our liability arising under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or for breach of statutory duty or in any other way shall only be for direct damages and shall not exceed the revenues generated and payable to you in relation to the Site(s) that the dispute relates to over the previous twelve (12) months at the time that the event giving rise to the liability arises.

赔偿的责任是这样产生的： 负债，民事侵权（包括非主观性的）或者 违背具有法律效力的责任 或其他任何方式 ，都会导致直接的损害赔偿，赔偿金额不会超出（年）收入所得，赔偿的时效为赔偿责任产生后的十二个月内。
