二、会员权益

（二）持卡当天消费同一项目在2人次以内可享受会员消费优惠，超出的人次不再享受会员的消费优惠。
（三）此卡为储值消费会员卡，不可透支消费；丢失可凭卡主姓名和密码挂失，凭个人有效证件补办新卡。
（四）甲方续卡可享受办理新卡时的优惠政策；当卡内余额低于￥10元时此卡作废。本卡作废后，本协议即行终止。
（五）甲方不得利用乙方会员卡的优惠政策对乙方产品从事商业买卖活动，若违反此项规定，乙方有权终止甲方的会员资格并按乙方产品标价退赔所赠送的各项优惠。
四、中途退会
甲方自购卡之日时起两年之内不得退卡。满两年可退卡，并提前三个月以上以书面方式提出申请，乙方须无条件接受甲方申请，并在申请退卡日后的10个工作日内为甲方办理完退卡手续。退款金额为购卡本金余额扣除10%的税费和手续费后的余额，即退款金额=卡内剩余金额×（购卡本金÷储值余额）×（1-10%）。退卡后，本协议即行终止。
五、乙方义务
